Helen is an energizing and passionate leader who thrives in aligning business strategy to platform design and architecture. With Expedia Group for 14 years, Helen is currently Vice President of Technology and Analytics for Expedia Group Media Solutions. Her career, always rooted in development and operations, has afforded her experiences in customer facing and back office technologies including all aspects of the Expedia Brand (site, services, and supply), as well as contact center (agent tools, telephony, and workforce optimization), Enterprise Resource Planning (HR and financial applications). Helen has previously lead a diverse portfolio of products within Expedia Worldwide Engineering including Loyalty, Brand Partner and API integrations, Cruise line of business, Operations, Performance, Quality, Site Reliability, and Security as well as organizational support teams of Engagement and Business Operations. Prior to Expedia, Helen travelled the globe as a consultant with Accenture implementing billing systems for leading ISP and mobile phone providers. Helen holds a B.B.A. in Operations, MIS, and Marketing from Gonzaga University. Personally, Helen has an unwavering love of travel, wine, and bargain shopping. Her greatest passion and accomplishment is raising her three children (two daughters and her Australian Shepherd) with her husband.
